High impact white films

Clear branding and information on labels often rely on a bright white background. For large label formats in in-mould and wrap around applications, this quality needs to be combined with strong economics.

All our films have very specific polymer recipes to ensure that properties such as stiffness and opacity are built in for high speed feeding and high quality aesthetics.

Cut and stack label applications such as large format labels for teas and juices need very controlled stiffness, anti-static properties and anti- block properties. The Rayowrap™ line of films has been designed especially for these applicators.

For applications that use roll fed wrap around labels such as soda, waters and sports drinks and pressure sensitive labels, Rayoface™ base films are the most economic options, with high yields.

For in-mould labelled packs, Rayoform™ films allow the film resin to match the polypropylene pack resin and produce an integrated pack that can be recycled without worrying about label removal. Smooth and soft touch versions are available.
