In-mould packaging for ice cream creates a robust pack that matches the label and carton resins to create a preferred pack type for recycling. RayoForm™ white and clear films offer better dispensing, low distortion and different surface effects to help differentiate brands. All Rayoform™ have been engineered to achieve the above whilst also providing very high yield and improved economics.
Frozen novelties are a challenging product to pack with very long machine paths and challenging seal conditions. Propafilm™ clear, white and metallized films provide engineered solutions for both single lane and multi lane HFFS machines as well as ice cream sandwich wrapping.

Propafilm™ QLD films offer a 50% yield saving over transparent and solid white film equivalents. QLD has an extremely wide seal range (70°C / 125 °F) to create consistent packs in challenging atmospheres.
Propafilm™ QID films have been designed for ice cream sandwiches. The 2 side tack seal creates the perfect pack without product damage.
Rayoform™ EUP & IW films are ideal for packs that have to survive a challenging supply chain and storage. EUP supplies a soft touch feel to a pack.
Propafilm™ QID has been designed for monoweb flowraps for frozen novelties. A wide heat sealing range facilitates lower sealing temperatures and higher speeds.
