Our latest Rayoart™60µm (230 gauge) films for graphic arts applications are now 33% thinner than our existing graphic films. They retain their high conversion stability during adhesive lamination and printing and are extremely easy to apply or remove at both high and low temperatures. They are ideal for indoor and short term outdoor applications as these UV stabilized products provide up to four years outdoor usage (based on QUV testing).
They can be printed by flexographic, screen, UV inkjet and low temperature Latex inkjet processes, making them a viable alternative to calendared PVC. The printable surface offers multiple decoration options giving vibrant colours and images. Perfect for flat and simple curved graphic applications or pressure sensitive label applications requiring extended outdoor usage.
